CONCEPTUAL DESIGN PROJECTS

Once we complete the conceptual floor plans and elevations we then bring the project into 3D view. The 3D massing process is one of our firms unique design tools that allows our clients to see their project in 360 degrees. During this process we can increase or reduce height, add building texture, add different window variations and building color. Clients who general have a difficult understanding of 2D plans become completely engulfed in the design once the massing’s are generated. Upon approval of the conceptual plans and massing’s the project can then become rendered into a full color picture.
