A 7 unit, 3 story, modern loft style row townhouse infill project that ignited Victoria Park's revitalization. Our firm's unique volumetric design with 20' entry ceilings and clean architectural lines brought new life to an old neighborhood. Roof terraces accessed from the master suite provides skyline views of downtown Fort Lauderdale. With a rear gated interior drive court the automobile became a secondary means of transportation and the residents are more inclined to walk to all the nearby Holiday Park, retail and dining amenities. Each unit was also provided with a private gated walk up entry court with a small pool.
