Green Lofts

An 8 unit smaller scaled, 4 story, modern loft style townhouse project that was developed from the larger scaled Blue Lofts project. Located in the same Central Beach District of Fort Lauderdale Beach this project also boasted volumetric design with 20' entry ceilings. Clean architectural lines brought new life to this old beach neighborhood. Roof terraces accessed by private elevators provides fantastic Ocean and Intracoastal views. With a gated interior drive court the automobile became a secondary means of transportation and the residents are more inclined to walk to all the beach amenities located within blocks of the development.
