SANTA BARBARA ESTATES

A 25 unit 4-story Mediterranean style planned development located on Lake Santa Barbara in Pompano Beach. This project was a two phase project that followed our innovative townhouse design. Each unit was furnished with private elevators to roof top terraces, 2 car garages, garden pools and a boat slip. Some of the more elegant features included 2-story entry foyer, marble floors, crown molding, granite countertops throughout and wrought iron railings. A gated motor court winded through the center of the project hiding all vehicular traffic. On street guest parking and wide sidewalks were designed into the right-of-ways to provide an urban streetscape.
