VICTORIA PARK DUPLEX

Victoria Park area near downtown Fort Lauderdale became a developers dream for infill duplexes. The standard residential lot size of 50' X 125' created a perfect palette for us to design a unique residence. Each unit was designed and titled as a single family home even though they were attached. Side entry doors, 2 full size car garage and even large backyards with pools were just some of the features. Some of the duplex designs included 3rd floor suites with roof top terraces. The prime location of these units allowed for walking distance to Holiday Park and Las Olas Blvd.
